In-house operations
Support, fulfillment, returns, and engineering are staffed internally. We do not subcontract the customer relationship.
We run the e-commerce brands. Customer service, packing, returns, infrastructure. In-house, in Wyoming.
Heritage Brands E-Commerce is the operating company for the direct-to-consumer brands owned by Heritage Brands LLC. We exist to run those brands. We do not invest in them, license them, or hold them as portfolio assets. We operate them.
Operations are in-house. Customer service is staffed by employees on the same site as the warehouse. Orders are picked, packed, and shipped by the same team. Returns are processed in-house. Web infrastructure is built and maintained by an internal engineering function. No third-party fulfillment, no outsourced support tier.
There is no fund behind this company. No outside capital, no convertible notes, no preferred stack, no exit timeline. The company is funded by its own revenue. The pace of new brand launches is set by what the operations stack can absorb without degrading service on the brands already live.
A new brand goes live only when the support, fulfillment, and compliance posture for that category are ready. Until then it stays in development. The visible roster will always be smaller than the pipeline.

Support, fulfillment, returns, and engineering are staffed internally. We do not subcontract the customer relationship.
New brands launch sequentially, only after the operations stack can absorb them without degrading service on the brands already live.
The company is funded by its own revenue. No fund, no investor reporting calendar, no exit timeline shaping product decisions.
Each category gets its own regulatory and labeling review before launch. A brand stays in development until the compliance posture is correct, not the other way around.
